With the original aspiration of "forging an ocean of talents and adhering to the principles of "empowering individuals, gathering talents, and driving development", Ocean Conservation Charity Fund aims to break down barriers to talent growth. By integrating global resources, we build a fair and diverse support system to enable talents to shine in the "ocean of talents" and achieve the goal of "talent symbiosis and value co-creation".

Ocean Conservation Charity Fund builds a globally influential talent support platform, collaborates with international institutions to accurately match educational resources and development funds, and sponsors high-potential talents to obtain international growth empowerment. Through diversified training programs and long-term services, we provide full-cycle support for talents and promote the efficient allocation of talent resources.
